You probably have a few questions if you're on the About page. We'll make an attempt to answer them here. If you have further questions or a concern about a product/shipment, please feel free to contact us directly on our Facebook page!
Is this a real shop?
Yes, it's a real shop with real products inspired by the Florida Anomaly Investigation Station's efforts which is meticulously detailed on our Facebook page.
Is this a shitty shop?
Only visually! We actually really care about our fans and customers and want to make sure you have the best experience with our products. We've personally tested out and inspected almost all of the products that we sell since the Station is such a source of joy for us. As a result, we feel confident about the quality of product that you'll be getting and we feel like you'll be happy too.
Do you accept returns?
As we said above, we really want to make sure you have a quality experience supporting the station. We're glad to accept returns especially if anything is misprinted, defective, or the wrong size. Please contact us on our Facebook page within 90 days of receiving the product if you want to initialize a return and we'll be happy to send you a return label.
Is my payment information secure?
You couldn't be in better hands... because the Station is not in charge of your payment information. Our shop is entirely powered through Shopify which is one of, if not the single most leading online shop platforms in the world. Your payment information is not handled by us in any capacity.
Does the shipping take forever?
Some products may take longer than others but, in our experience, most of our products in our shop arrive concerningly fast. One of the test prints we ordered was submitted on Monday night and arrived on Thursday. Of course, there's a lot of variables to how fast the postal services move but we're doing everything we can to accelerate the process. Namely, we're fulfilling orders the same day that they're placed so that our suppliers can ship the order as soon as it's done printing.
Do I get a tracking number?
You get a tracking number on every order and we meticulously (some would say obsessively) monitor each order to ensure that the product arrives successfully.
What about Out-of-Stocks?
Our store automatically removes any product that's out of stock or doesn't allow you to select a size that's out of stock. Even if it were to happen due to some anomalous incident, we have a small network of suppliers that will be engaged to get the product sent to you without any disruptions.
